Photography Consent and Release
For the benefit of our graduates and their families, professional photographers and videographers will be gathering audio, video and still images at the Commencement ceremony and reception on February 1, 2014.
Subject grants the College and any contracted photographers or videographers (collectively, the “Producers”) consent to make both visual and /or audio recordings and still images of him/her (collectively, the “Photography”) on the above date and any other times mutually agreed upon and also grants the perpetual, worldwide right to use the Photography, in whole or in part, and his/her name, image, voice, likeness, and testimonial and biographical information in connection with the Producer’s production and in the advertising and promotion thereof, as well as any other production now known or hereafter produced.
Subject agrees that the rights granted hereunder shall include the perpetual, worldwide right of Producers to edit, telecast, webcast, include in a website, satellite broadcast, cablecast, rerun, record, publish, reproduce, use, license, print, distribute, or otherwise exhibit said Production, in whole or in part, in any versions thereof, in any manner and in any medium or forum whether now known or hereafter devised. Subject agrees that Producers are under no obligation to actually use Subject’s name, image, voice, likeness, and biographical information. Subject further agrees that Producers are under no obligation to pay any fees, royalties, or other compensation for said perpetual, worldwide right.
Texas law shall apply to this consent with all disputes being resolved exclusively in a court of proper jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas.
